Please note all orders placed after Dec 3 will be dispatched on or after the date specified in the table below.
We partner with local delivery carriers who take a well-deserved break over the Christmas and New Year period. This means delivery timeframes are extended by several weeks during this time. Here's what you need to know:
- Orders placed after Dec 3: We will dispatch your item immediately once the logistics partner in your region commences trade mid-late January.
- Please note that once your item has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe applies.
- We understand these delays may be inconvenient and deeply appreciate your patience while waiting for your order. Rest assured, it’ll be worth the wait!

Our warehouse is based in Sydney, NSW, enabling efficient delivery to select regions in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, and ACT. If we currently don’t offer delivery to your area, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to arrange a solution for you.
At this time, we are unable to offer deliveries to North Queensland, Western Australia, Northern Territory, or Tasmania.
Delivery Rates
As we utilise various carriers tailored to specific regions, our delivery rates are subject to variation. We recommend adding the relevant items to your cart and initiating checkout to ascertain the precise delivery rates & options for your selected item/s.
Shipping fees start from $100 contingent upon the distance from our warehouse and the chosen delivery method.
$500 Backup Rate
If you see a $500 delivery fee at checkout, it means we currently don’t deliver to your postcode. This rate appears because the platform has overridden our postcode restrictions. As we work with small freight businesses, we’re unable to offer delivery nationwide at this time.
If this happens, we’ll contact you to discuss your options. Additional freight charges may apply, or we may need to cancel your order if delivery to your area isn’t available. Thank you for your understanding.

Deliver & Unpack: Enjoy the convenience of having your item delivered directly into the room of your choice, with our team unpacking it for you.
Deliver, Unpack, Assemble & Rubbish Removal: Sit back and relax as we handle the entire process. We'll deliver, unpack, assemble your item, and responsibly dispose of all packaging materials.
