Pre Orders

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to all pre-orders placed with Furniture Forum, an online furniture store. By placing a pre-order with us, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Pre-Order and Cancellation:

1.1 Pre-order: A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is currently out of stock but is expected to be available in the future. The pre-order allows you to reserve the product before it becomes available for regular purchase.

1.2 Cancellation before dispatch: You have the right to cancel your pre-order at any time prior to dispatch and receive a full refund, including the delivery fee. To cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

1.3 Cancellation after dispatch but before delivery: If you cancel your pre-order after dispatch but before you have received the product, you will receive a full refund for the product, but the delivery fee will be forfeited. This is due to the carrier expenses incurred by Furniture Forum for shipping the product to you.

2. Product Description: 

2.1 Product Information: All relevant information about the pre-order, including estimated time of arrival (ETA) and delivery time frames, will be clearly stated in the product description. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the product description and understand the terms and conditions associated with the pre-order.

3. Delivery:

3.1 Delivery Confirmation: Once the pre-ordered product has arrived at our warehouse, our third-party carrier or a Furniture Forum team member will contact you directly to confirm delivery details.

3.2 Delivery Time Frames: The delivery time frames will commence from the date the product lands in our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the container to clear customs, be delivered to our warehouse, and unpacked before dispatch/delivery can occur.

4. General:

4.1 Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing from Furniture Forum, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these pre-order terms and conditions.

4.2 Modifications: Furniture Forum reserves the right to modify or update these pre-order terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
